WARRANTY

Spyke, Inc products are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year unless otherwise specified (refer to warranty registration card). Merchandise that fails to conform to these conditions will be repaired or replaced at Spyke, Inc option. Defective merchandise may not be returned without prior written approval and a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Do not deduct any returns from your remittance until a credit memo has been issued. Under no circumstances will Spyke, Inc be liable for any labor claims of said merchandise unless prior arrangements are made in writing and signed by both parties. Spyke, Inc shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the failure of a Spyke, Inc product, breach of any warranties, the failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery in non-conforming condition, or any other breach of contract between Spyke, Inc and customer. Spyke, Inc shall have no warranty obligation if used in any other application. To initiate warranty, complete and return the warranty card with purchase receipt or invoice copy to Spyke, Inc. Material overstock returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
